I see this as just the first step for HeyBloom; there’ll always be space for focused products that turn big LLMs into specific, useful tools. Think about the use case of a company that needs an optimized way to query its own knowledge base to handle social comments, app reviews, customer questions,... all while keeping a consistent tone and brand voice. That’s where it gets really interesting.
