The line that stuck with me: building is no longer the bottleneck, distribution is. I learned that the expensive way with a plywood table nobody ordered. Good joinery, no idea who'd actually pay for it. My real number, 90 days in, was 0.6 visits a day, not how the finish on the legs looked. Respect for splitting the Ammesso exit out of the goal counter too. A smaller honest number beats a bigger blurry one.
Good news! Welcome Gabriele and gogogo for the results πππ
Cβmon Marco and Gabriele
Congrats Marco for the new arrival! π
Congratulations on your child Marco!
The part about putting communities first hit home for me: "Value for the people first; revenue for everyone else after" is a great mindset.
I'm also building in public too :)
