In October, I left my job as Chief Product and Technology Officer to test a belief:

A founder amplified by AI and a small number of exceptional people can now build what once required an entire company.

My mission is to build a portfolio of products to €1M in revenue, solo and with micro-teams, while documenting the entire journey in public.

I call it One Million Goal. OMG for short. Yes, on purpose.

Every week, I share what is actually happening:

  • where the revenue counter stands

  • the products and experiments I am working on

  • what worked, what failed, and what I misunderstood

  • the AI systems and workflows behind the portfolio

  • what leadership looks like when teams become smaller, faster, and more autonomous

I have been building products since 2014, first as a developer, then as a product manager, founder, and CPTO. Along the way, I built an edtech product acquired in 2021, reached number one in the App Store, and led teams building both digital and physical products.

Today, I am building products including Coco, Anapana, HeyDoctor, and @creators, while developing the systems that allow a small portfolio to operate as one interconnected machine.

The thesis behind the mission is simple:

AI has removed much of the building bottleneck.
Distribution, judgment, and execution are now the game.

This also changes leadership. The best teams will not merely use AI tools. They will be made of people with the clarity, ownership, and agency to turn those tools into outcomes.

One Million Goal is where I explore both sides of that transformation:

How we build with AI, and how we lead in the age of AI.

I do not write from the sidelines.

If I did not test it, I do not write it.
