Building digital products in public on the road to €1M.

I’ve always loved building things.
A few years ago, while working full-time, I launched a small side project to help students prepare for university admission tests. It was scrappy, fun, and somehow ended up being used by 120.000 users (one in four medical school applicants in Italy).
Then it got acquired for €220.000.
That exit changed something in me. Not because of the money, but because it proved that a single person with a clear idea could build something real and make it count.
After that, I took the “serious” path: CTO at a hardware company, then Chief Product & Technology Officer at an edtech scale-up. Great ride: teams, growth, leadership. Those years gave me skills I use every day.
But over time, I started missing the thrill of creating something of my own. And one question kept coming back:
What if I had gone all in on Ammesso? Where would it be now?
So I decided to find out.
Not by starting over but by continuing what that first exit started.
No investors, no big teams. Just me, my laptop, and a bunch of ideas.
That's how One Million Goal was born: a public challenge to build digital products and reach €1M in revenue, solo.
The goal isn’t just one million. It’s three.
€1M in total revenue. The first proof that this path works, compounding small wins over time.
€1M ARR. A sustainable business that generates a million a year. Real recurring value, not a one-time spike.
€1M MRR. The long game. A business that earns in a month what most take a year to make.
Each one is a different kind of achievement. The first takes persistence. The second takes product-market fit. The third takes something I haven’t figured out yet.
That’s the point.
Every project, every win, every failure shared transparently, so others can learn (and maybe get inspired to start too).
I believe AI is democratizing entrepreneurship. Anyone, anywhere, can now build something valuable - fast. This is my way of proving it.
Outside of work, I’m based in Italy, engaged to Annalisa ❤️, and dad to a little girl named Isabel who reminds me every day why freedom matters.
